Soliloquy of Essence

 

While descending

into my personal universe

scattered along the way I found

unfinished dreams

faded memories

mistaken identities

broken promises

un-confessed sins

deflated egos.

Continuing my descent

into innermost recesses

of my nascent space,

At last I reached

the end of all multiplicities

dawn of my singularity.

There I heard hum

of my existence

very essence of

my being.

તાત્ત્વિક સ્વગતોક્તિ (ભાવાનુવાદ)   

(અછાંદસ)

 

નિજિ દુનિયામાં

જ્યારે હું અવરોહણ કરું છું,

ત્યારે મુજ માર્ગે જોવા પામું હું,

વેરાયેલાં અત્ર, તત્ર સર્વત્ર

કંઈ કેટલાંય સપનાં અધૂરાં,

ધૂંધળી વળી યાદદાસ્તો

ને ભૂલભરી પહેચાનો,

તોડેલાં વચનો

ને વણકબૂલ્યાં પાપો

અને વળી જામી ગયેલો અહમ્ પણ ખરો !

હજુય મારું અવરોહણ ધપે ભીતરે

આવિર્ભાવ પામતા અવકાશ મહીં

ઊંડેરી આંતરિક વિશ્રાંતિ ભણી.

છેવટે હું પહોંચ્યો

બહુવિધતાઓનીય પેલે પાર

મુજ એકલતાના નૈકટ્યે.

અહો ! ત્યાં તો ગુંજન શ્રવ્યું મેં –

મુજ અસ્તિત્વનું,

મુજ હોવાપણાના તત્ત્વનું !

સંક્ષેપ :

આ એક સ્વગતોક્તિ છે કે જ્યાં માણસ પોતે જ પોતાના વિચારોને મોટેથી પોતાને જ ઉદ્દેશીને બોલી સંભળાવતો હોય છે.

આ એક અંતરયાત્રા છે, આત્મનિરીક્ષણ છે, નવજીવન છે.  અહીં પોતાની જાતને, પોતાના આત્માને, પોતાના ચૈતન્યને, પોતાનામાં રહેલા નિર્દોષ શૈશવને કે જે આપણા સૌમાં વસે છે તેની શોધ આદરીને તેને પામવાનો પ્રયત્ન છે. આ એક એવી પ્રક્રિયા છે કે જેમાં આપણે આપણા આત્મતત્ત્વને જાગૃત કરવાનું છે, આપણા ચૈતન્યને દેદીપ્યમાન બનાવવાનું છે.

આપણી આ આંતરિક શોધ થકી આપણી ભૂતકાલીન એવી કેટલીય બાબતો કે જે ભુલાઈ ગઈ હોય, અણદેખી થઈ  હોય કે અવગણાઈ હોય એ સઘળી પુન: પ્રત્યક્ષ થઈ જતી હોય છે. આ શોધ થકી વીતી ગયેલી જીવનપળોની યાદદાસ્ત તાજી થતી હોય છે, અહંનો ક્ષય થતો હોય છે, ખોટું સાચામાં પરિણમતું હોય છે, વગેરે…વગેરે.

જાતમાં ઊંડા ઊતરવાની આ સફર ત્યાં સુધી ચાલુ રહેતી હોય છે કે જ્યાં સુધી આપણે એ તત્ત્વના હાર્દ સુધી પહોંચીએ, એને જાણી લઈએ અને એનું પ્રગટીકરણ કરી લઈએ. આ કક્ષાએ પહોંચ્યા પછી માનવી પરમ શાંતિનો અનુભવ કરી શકે છે.

Expressing Feelings of Honor and Gratitude

I am pleased to represent here a Report of my Guest Author – Mr. Karimbhai V. Hada who had rendered his services as an Anchor-man to the local social function held at Kanodar Mahila Mandal Hall and which was presided by Mrs. Ladiben V. Bangalawala, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat. Mr. Karimbhai Hada was honored with “Sanchar Sarthi Award” when he was in service with Telecom Department. He is a man of literature and presently the President of Local Community. He is a devoted man of social services and had glorified the Chair of Secretary of Sarvodaya Kelavani Mandal, a reputed local Trust for Higher Secondary Education.

Now onward, you will read the words of Mr. Karimbhai Hada. At the concluding part of this post, I’ll appear before you just to express my feelings of gratitude in brief. Here, Mr. Karimbhai speaks in his following words:
